Personal:
Married to Elizabeth (she got me running in 2003). We have a young son named Lucas.
Several years ago, I read that the AVERAGE male is capable of a 2:40 marathon. I decided to test that theory.
3 x 800 interval work at East High. I think the U of U Girls track team is practicing at East now because the track was very busy again.
Run up to the Zoo then over on to the Running of the Leopards 5K course then back to the house. Another beautiful day for running. I ran in shorts/short sleeves and was sweating after a couple of miles!
7 x 200 after warm up on the East track. It was a nice warm day, so the track was busy. I can't wait for the U. of U. track to be finished!
