Personal: Married to Elizabeth (she got me running in 2003). We have three boys, Lucas (12) , Sam (8) and Ollie (5).
Many years ago, I read that the AVERAGE male is capable of a 2:40 marathon. I decided to test that theory. I began running in 2003 with Top of Utah as my first marathon (4:24). I need 3 more minutes.

| | Interesting run today in the Hispanic section of Colton, CA. Once I left the park area, I ran into prostitutes, transvestites, pimps and a teenage gang. The weather was nice and hot, but not the best choice of courses.

Morning track work out. We DVR LOST last night and stayed up past midnight watching it, but still got out of bed at 5:45 for the run. 3 x1200 with 1.5 mile warm up and cool down. Found out this morning that our Wasatch Relay team has a 3 PM start. I've been assigned LEG 1 (13 & 25), so that puts me running at 3 PM, 10:40 PM and 7:53 AM. At least we can sleep in on Friday. The 10:40 PM run should be interesting...8.5 miles down New Trappers Loop at night. Total Relay miles will be 18.5...I'll sleep good that Saturday afternoon.
6.25 House to Sugar House park on some trails.
